1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Better World Application and its associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Service.

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Better World Application and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Malaysia and foreign countries.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. In no event shall Better World Application, nor its directors or employees, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
